2018年9月3日至7日，俄罗斯圣彼得堡大学主办的第五届国际青年藏学家研讨会在圣彼得堡举行，中心石岩刚博士参加此次研讨会并做学术报告On The Translation of Tibetan-Manju Documents in Qing Dynasty: A Study of the Translation Practice, Translators and Translators' Training，依据满藏文档案史料的记载，分析了清朝康熙之前、康熙至乾隆时期、乾隆以后三个历史时期中，满藏文公文文书的翻译问题。主要围绕早期参与翻译人员结构、清政府的译员培养、翻译实践等问题展开论述。
