内容提要：

In the middle of 8th century, Old Tibetan Empire (Tufan 吐蕃) gained new territory outside Tibetan plateau and harshly invaded  into the heartland of Tang China. However, from the beginning of 9th century, Tibetan Empire showed conciliatory attitude to Tang China and finally concluded the peace treaty in 821-822, which lasted till the collapse of Tibetan Empire in 842. Using various materials including Dunhuang documents and Tibetan historical materials, the author will seek the reason of Tibetan diplomacy change against Tang China, the relationship between Sino-Tibetan treaty in 821-822 and other treaties among Tibet, Uighur and Nanzhao, and the significance of diplomatic change at the time in Tibetan history.

讲座人简介：

岩尾一史先生，1997-2005年先后取得神户大学学士、京都大学硕士、京都大学文学博士。2004－2007年日本学术振兴会特别研究员（神户市外国语大学）；2007－2009年日本学术振兴会海外研究员（英国国家图书馆，IDP项目组）；2009-2016年任神户市外国语大学客座研究员；现为京都大学白眉センター / 人文科学研究所教授。

岩尾一史先生是日本藏学界青年一代领军人物，在国际学界享有极大的影响力。已出版有：Old Tibetan Texts in The Stein Collection Or.8210, Tokyo (2012 with Sam van Schaik and Ts. Takeuchi) 等学术著作以及“Fragments of The Testament of Ba from Dunhuang”，（2009），“A Newly Identified Fragment of the Tibetan Royal Annals in St. Petersburg”（2011）；“The Purpose of Sutra Copying in Dunhuang Under the Tibetan Rule”（2012）等数十篇学术论文。
