内容提要：

In the beginning of 7th century, Tibetans invented Tibetan scripts. Soon after the invention, the script-based administration was installed in the state, and Tibetans kept developed it till the collapse of the Empire in 842.  Although Chinese historical texts ignored the existence of the script-based administration of Tibetan Empire, many and various Old Tibetan official /semi-official documents among Central Asian documents proves that the Empire surely had it. These official documents help us to reconstruct the administration of Old Tibetan Empire, which were completely ignored by Chinese historical texts. In this talk, the author will summarize the discoveries of official documents and brief introduction of Old Tibetan administration.
